Well I guess for people who are really into their blogs and think they have something great to offer everyone else else then great! GO FOR IT! But as for me. I wont be listing my blog for general consumption. I guess if you were looking for blogs on specific topics it would be useful

It is useful for people who are really serious about blogging or who are looking for bloggers on particular subjects. Google also has a blog search (of course) which is useful.
